I'm Dr. María Meléndez-Tirado, Founder and CEO of AI-Leviated Systems. My career didn't start in technology. It started in banking, in classrooms, and inside public-sector offices where the work was heavy, the stakes were real, and the systems often weren't built to carry the load.

Across banking operations, teaching at the elementary and college levels, serving as an Assistant Principal, leading in the public sector, managing federal grants and compliance, and running fiscal and administrative operations, I kept seeing the same pattern: smart people held back by unstructured work. Roles weren't clear. Ownership was fuzzy. Documentation lived in someone's head. Adding new tools on top of that only made the friction louder.

That's the conviction behind AI-Leviated Systems. I help leaders identify the friction, structure the work, assign ownership, and only then bring in AI where it actually strengthens execution. Structure first. Then AI.
